Hayley orrantia is a native of America. She is primarily an actress, but she's also a singer and songwriter. Most people know her by the title of Erica Goldberg, from the show 'The Goldbergs' on television. Although she's a singer, her primary passion is music. She maintains that music is her first passion. It is something she was experimenting at since she was 9 years old. Her first training began in the field of music professionally when she was 12. At the age of 13 when she began writing her own songs. Her first cover album wasn't released until 14 years later. Since then, she has not stopped ever since. Orrantia is of Hispanic heritage, yet was born in the USA. Her family has Hispanic roots even though she spoke English as a child and spent her entire life in the USA. To preserve her heritage, she's learned Spanish and created songs using the language. "Hasta Verte," a track she composed in Spanish is one such attempt. In the summer of 2011, Orrantia auditioned for the first episode of The X Factor. Orrantia was the winner of the initial season of The X-Factor following the submission of an YouTube recording of her audition. She was awarded an impressive four "yes" vote of the judge in the live stage show in Seattle. Although she originally auditioned in a single performance during "Hollywood Week", she and three female performers were placed into a group for the rest in the selection process. They were eventually eliminated at the conclusion of the fifth performance.
