Luciana Paoluzzi grew up in Rome along with her family. Luciana Paoluzzi's father is an Italian army officer. Maria Rota Paoluzzi's mother was a former mistress to Benito Mussolini. She does not have any known siblings. She attended a local high school and upon graduation in 1955, she enrolled in navy engineering at the Scientific Academy of Milan - Luciana was the sole female in the class. After two years of modeling she landed an appearance in Three Coins in the Fountain. This was her debut. Brett Halsey - an actor was her first husband. In 1960, they married and filmed the film Return to the Peyton Palace. The couple was blessed with the birth of a son called Charles born on the 13th of June 1961. They divorced just a year after his birth and Luciana was granted custody. Between 1962 and the year 1970 Luciana dated Tony Athony who was an actor and producer. He was influenced by her work in the film Green Slime and based on that he wrote and produced his own mix Spaghetti Western for which he gained some recognition.
