She has worked in a variety of sectors, working with managers as well as their teams to increase business outcomes, particularly during times of growth and rapid transformation by focusing on developing, aligning, and leading a global people strategy. She is a trusted adviser who has helped to translate corporate goals and strategies into business and people strategy through employee engagement and change management.
