She has worked in a variety of sectors, working with managers as well as their teams to increase business outcomes, particularly during times of growth and rapid transformation by focusing on developing, aligning, and leading a global people strategy. She is a trusted adviser who has helped to translate corporate goals and strategies into business and people strategy through employee engagement and change management. She is extremely passionate about learning, and believes that developing team and leadership as the ultimate competitive advantage. Her extensive experience includes working in Fortune 500 as well as small- and midsized companies to coach and develop leaders and achieve result, she was able to help create corporate cultures that promote the concept of learning, innovation and transformation.
